VOLUNTEER COMPANION VISITS

​

We realize that senior loneliness is a real issue.  That is why our volunteers will visit those who are unable to leave their homes without assistance once per week and provide companionship as well as assistance with tasks such as paying bills and light house chores.

TRANSPORTATION

​

We provide rides to the grocery store, doctor visits, and other locations to promote health and community.

CARE ASSESSMENTS

​

A Professional Geriatric Care Manager will provide a detailed assessment covering such areas as health, financial, emotional, and spiritual well-being.  We will create a binder to centralize all information vital to your care.

HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENTS

​

We know that falls can greatly reduce the quality of life and that remaining in your own home gives helps you maintain autonomy and dignity.  Therefore, we will do a comprehensive safety assessment in your home and make recommendations as needed.
